If you are unsure whether a repair is possible, describe the damage in a Standard Alterations booking request. You can text photos afterward if the images would help Zara assess the item.

My North Face winter coat would have taken weeks to get fixed under warranty by the manufacturer, plus I would have had to pay for shipping. I'm so happy I found Zara!! Other tailors were not willing to open up the jacket and do it properly, they would have just overlaid the zipper on top of where they would have cut out the old one. Zara did the job just like it came from the factory with a quality YKK zipper and she did it faster than North Face. Thank you Zara!
