Before your fitting

A simple appointment process.

Zara confirms the work, price, and expected completion timing after she has seen the garment and understands what is required.

  1. Request a fitting

    Choose Standard Alterations or Wedding / Bridal and submit your preferred appointment time online.

  2. Tell Zara what you need

    Describe what you are bringing and the alteration in the booking form. If photos would help, you can text them after submitting the request.

  3. Get confirmation

    Zara reviews the request and confirms the appointment. If another time would work better, she can contact you.

  4. Come in for your fitting

    Bring the garments to the confirmed appointment so Zara can assess the fit and alteration work.
